We offer a free gift wrapping service. Please ensure that you tick the appropriate box when you place your order.
We offer payment via PayPal as a default. If you do not have a PayPal account, then PayPal also offers the facility to pay with major credit cards. If you wish to pay via direct bank transfer, please call or email us and we will complete the transaction offline. Feel free to also contact the gallery if you wish to pay via credit card over the phone.
We offer free freight to all destinations within Australia for purchases over $250, otherwise a nominal fee of $15 applies. For all international transactions, we will be in touch offline to confirm postage fees and to complete your transaction.
If your purchase arrives damaged we will replace it for you in a timely fashion. Please send a photograph of the box and of the item illustrating the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We process orders within two business days. For delivery addresses within Australia, we use Star Track Express overnight service (up to 5kgs). This is a reliable and traceable service which requires a signature upon delivery. For international addresses and for parcels over 5kgs, although we may send via a different courier, please refer to Australia Post for an approximate delivery timeline.
Please contact us via email or phone if the item you wish to purchase is not in stock. We may have a similar piece displayed in the gallery and are always happy to email pictures or make suggestions to help you find the perfect piece.
Not everything we have is on the online store. We are also happy to help arrange a commission if there is something specific that you had in mind. Please contact us and let us know how we can help.
School Groups are welcome to visit our gallery as long as a prior arrangement has been made and either students come through in groups no larger than six or the visit is outside of our business hours of 10am - 6pm.
